Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance the client ecosystem, ensuring a robust and loyal client base.
Organize and lead client meetings, capturing and acting on new client requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
Mentor and build a capable business development team, driving performance and growth.
Preferred Experience :
Extensive experience in companies like Tally ERP, Marg ERP, Zoho, or similar.
Proven ability to build and lead teams, with a focus on achieving business targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
