Job Description

We are hiring a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive with 4-6 years of experience in a software company or retail stores management. The role focuses on supporting business development activities, including franchise creation, client meetings, and the development of the client ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and pursuing franchise opportunities.
Support the development and maintenance of the client ecosystem.
Participate in client meetings, helping to gather and document new client requirements.
Work closely with the business development team to execute growth strategies.
Contribute to team-building efforts, supporting the overall business development objectives.

Preferred Experience :

Experience in companies like Tally ERP, Marg ERP, Zoho, or similar.
Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience : 
Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a software company or retail stores management, depending on the role.

Skills :
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to build and lead teams. Familiarity with software solutions and retail environments.

Preferred Background :
Previous experience in companies likes Tally ERP, Marg ERP, Zoho, or similar is highly desirable.

Self-Starter :
Ability to work independently and drive business growth through proactive initiatives.
